Yes — on pilings in V and AE zones, engineered for wind uplift, fully permitted through CAMA and the flood ordinance.
How long does a custom home take?
Plan a year-plus; permitting and supply lead times are real. If you want it for next summer we start the year before.
Can you add a second story or raise my home?
Often yes — engineered for the wind uplift and the existing foundation. Raising a low living area is a real solution we do.
Do you handle storm rebuilds and insurance?
Yes — damage assessment, insurance scope, and rebuild to current code, including raising flooded homes.
What areas do you build in?
